Order method

You order your products with or without imprint very easily in our webshop, by e-mail or by phone.

Order confirmation

Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation with digital proof. We ask that you check them carefully and contact us with any inaccuracies.

Minimum order and order surcharge

There is sometimes a minimum purchase requirement. We may pass on an order surcharge for low order values.

Delivery conditions

You can read digitally our terms and conditions of sale and delivery. Upon request, we will gladly send you a copy. Deliveries include packaging, excluding VAT and shipping costs. Payment within 14 days net, other credit terms by arrangement. Any model and price changes, color deviations, obvious printing errors and statutory levies reserved.

More or less delivery

Despite our meticulous processes, there may be instances when too much or too little is delivered. This is always limited to no more than 10%.

Delivery times

Delivery time always starts after approval of your proof. This delivery time will be determined in consultation with you and does not include transportation time from our distribution centers. The average shipping time for packages and pallet shipments is 3 to 4 business days. If ordered before noon, products without printing and samples will be shipped the same day. Shipping costs

The costs incurred for shipping your order will be charged to you.

Delivery

The Relation Gift Central works with different carriers. You cannot specify in advance the carrier with which we will transport. By mutual agreement, we can try to achieve the fastest possible delivery.
